“Blackberry Retreat” is a luxurious 2 story 6-bedroom 8 1/2-bathroom chalet which will sleep 12 comfortably and is located on a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing 3 acres overlooking Paine Lake and the Smoky Mountains. As you drive along the tree-lined driveway to the massive level circle driveway where you will have parking for up to 10 vehicles, you are going to be amazed because of the beauty and serenity of the retreat. Enter the 100’x8' Grand Hall with pickled oak walls and slate floors fit for a King. Enjoy time with family and friends in the massive living room with 12' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Paine Lake, play a tune on the Grand Baby Piano, or enjoy time with each other while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Just through the pocket doors off the living room is the elegant dining room where you can enjoy all the beautiful wood and glass walls to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There is also a large eat-in kitchen with seating for 6 guests, Stainless Steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. Just off the beautiful kitchen is a family room to enjoy time together or game night. Our family of 17 enjoyed 5 wonderful days at the Blackberry Retreat! It was extremely clean and very well maintained. The home was spacious enough for everyone to spread out, yet homey enough for us all to feel close. The kitchen appliances handled all our needs as we cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for all 17 of us. Having two large fridges, spacious freezer, and TWO dishwashers was pure joy. The office kept me up to date with emails prior to our stay. All emails covered needed information so that, upon arrival, we just unlocked the doors and unpacked! We will definitely again!

Vacation Saver!! Our family of 20 ladies takes a vacation yearly and the 2019 destination was Gatlinburg, TN. We booked a cabin online thru A DIFFERENT COMPANY that was advertised as “beautiful, clean, and NEW” and it was none of the above. In a state of panic because we were traveling with two 89year old’s and 2 pregnant women we began vigorously searching online for suitable accommodations. When we saw the pictures of Blackberry Retreat we were a little concerned because it almost seemed too good to be true and we had been mislead by photos before. When we sent emails with questions before booking at 8 or 9pm on a Wednesday night we received very prompt and polite replies. After we booked the home every person that we spoke to on the phone provided amazing customer care and they were kind and flexible enough to allow us to move into the house a little early the next day because of our circumstances. When we arrived at Blackberry Retreat we were BLOWN AWAY!! Although the photos are beautiful, the house was even better. The home was very clean, NEW really means NEW, and the owners thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. It’s close to lots of restaurants and activities, it also has lots of parking to accommodate all guests. Renting this home literally SAVED OUR VACATION!!
