The Estate at Little Cove lives up to its name being a private 7-bedroom 5 bath that sleeps 22. This secluded capital gives gorgeous rolling views of the valley for miles to see with a beautiful background of the mountains. An easy drive to the property sets the mood as you pull up to the circle drive with divided white brick entry, making you feel like the most important person in the world. Once parked Head inside and check out the fully equipped kitchen designed for a master culinary team. Seating for 15 between the bar and the eat in dining room table placed strategically where everyone can openly conversant. Walking in between the kitchen and stairway upstairs you will enter a grand living area with elegant fireplace and luxurious furniture, inviting everyone to curl up for a family movie. Got family members who can’t sit still for that long no problem the main level offers gathering in the sun room with a pool table.
Also on this level is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom off the kitchen has all the privacy you could ask for being the only bedroom on that side and lets not forget it is the best location for nighttime snacks. The other 3 bedrooms surround the living area. The bedroom to the left has a comfortable queen bed with a private TV. The bedroom across from the pool table room is the bunkroom having two bunk beds with trundles. There is a King Master on this level with a jacuzzi on suite bathroom designed for luxury in mind. Once done touring the main level take the stairway to the upper level where you will find 3 more bedrooms just as spectacular as the last 4. Two of the rooms are directly off the landing one having a king bed and sleeper sofa and the other another King Master with a private full bathroom. The final bedroom is a queen room set back to the left of the landing area. Perfect for that person who wants to sneak off and get wrapped up in a good book for hours before bed. The Estate’s grounds offer just as much outside as inside. Plan an evening to grill out taking full advantage of the picnic pavilion at the back of the property. If you’re wanting a more intimate setting for a night cap, choose from the front deck watching the sunset or reliving the events of the day chatting in the gazebo with the ones closest to you. This property will truly make a wonderful getaway for anyone searching for their own little utopia hidden within The Great Smoky Mountains.

We had a fantastic time. It’s a beautiful home and accommodated us well. Even though the pool wasn’t usable The putt putt and pool table were hits with the kids. The internet could have been better but we understand being in the mountains it’s a hit or miss. Thank you.

Exceeded my expectations once again, this was the first time in 10 years my entire family has had the opportunity to come together and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay from beautiful home and spacious rooms to the spectacular views of the great smokey mountains.
